Our Services
In our constantly changing world, many people find themselves struggling with major life transitions. They've reached crucial turning points in their lives, and don't know what's next. As their life situations become increasingly unpredictable and unsatisfying, they start to question their careers, relationships, living situations, and views of the future.
The ground seems to be literally shifting beneath their feet. They spend countless hours, and sleepless nights, questioning their lives, doubting their strengths, worrying about the future. They feel lost as they seek answers to questions that they're not sure how to ask. Some of these questions might be deeper than they realize; perhaps they are of an existential or spiritual nature.
Coaching
Through our interactive training seminars, participants discover highly effective ways of relating with people from extremely diverse backgrounds.
We incorporate informative discussions, role-playing, and self-assessment exercises into our tailor-made global training seminars. Using active learning to decipher the subtle differences between cultures across the globe, participants will leave these seminars with an enriched level of human understanding and cultural intelligence, ready to practice their newly learned skills at home and in the global workplace.
Training
The benefits of mindfulness practice are multiple. Through meditation and reflective exercises, the intuitive human mind, purged of extraneous thoughts, becomes more relaxed. This makes the body's physical and emotional state better prepared to perceive new situations with more clarity and insight.
The mind reacts to unexpected issues with more strength, inner courage, spontaneity, and gentleness. This, in turn, creates more joyful and productive individuals who, according to current research, come across as more focused, genuine, and caring about others (Kabat-Zinn, 2005). When practiced regularly, mindfulness can make a positive impact in our lives and the world around us.
