cOACHING
As a Transitions Coach and Teacher of Contemplative Practices and Creative Expression, I accompany people who are searching for meaning in their lives. I help them identify the passions that nourish and sustain them in this world. Through gentle inquiry and personalized assignments after each coaching session, clients learn to follow their inner wisdom and gain clarity about fundamental questions, such as: “Who am I and what is my purpose in life?”
A typical client might be struggling to find balance in their life, while trying to write a book, work full-time, and raise a family. During our mindfulness-based coaching sessions, we work together so they can unearth deeper meaning in their life, and clarity. This process helps them gain insight, to allow them to live mindfully, in a more balanced way. Moreover, if they are working on a book project, our work together will greatly enhance their creative writing skills, and confidence as a writer, so they can successfully write—and publish—their unique story.
Why am I specialized in this kind of coaching?
I find a deep sense of satisfaction when I help clients find meaning and passion in their lives and careers. After working for the past decades in the fields of translation, academia, graphic design, training and consulting for international corporations, I realized how much I enjoyed motivating people to find their true passions in life, to help them find their “flow” in long-term, sustainable ways. I get particularly energized when working with diverse people in international settings, helping them match concrete goals to their deepest dreams. As a mindfulness-based transitions coach, I work with individuals and groups in English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Japanese.
As a coach who has traversed ups and downs, even major setbacks, throughout my life and career, I enjoy helping clients who haven’t always found their lives easy, or full of meaning. Together, through gentle inquiry and introspection, I help them identify their unique gifts and passions. Through a grounded, mindfulness-based approach, we create clear, attainable steps so that they can reach their greatest satisfaction in their lives and careers. I especially enjoy working with people who are neurodivergent and/or part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
As a highly creative person myself, I know how one’s creativity can become a strong motivator for personal development and growth. Helping clients tap into their unique sources of intuition and creativity is one of the unique ways that I work with clients. In addition to transitions coaching, I offer workshops and courses based on contemplative practices and creative expression, for example, my Prompt Your Passion creative writing workshop, and 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) courses.
I also lead soul seekers on personalized journeys and group retreats, helping them unleash their true, creative selves at deep, often spiritual levels, grounding them in mind, body, and spirit.
For over twenty years, I have been practicing qi gong, an ancient Chinese martial art based on the principles of Taoism, designed to tap into the powers of nature. The slow, meditative movements allow the qi or chi (called ki in Japanese)—a healing source of vital energy—to flow through our bodies. Through a series of simple movements, participants become connected to the many gifts of our natural world, allowing them to free their minds, strengthen their bodies, and reinforce the natural connection between their minds, bodies, and spirits. I have been practicing qi gong since the late 90s, when I trained with Chinese martial artists in Japan, and I have been teaching it in Belgium and at international retreats since 2006.
Moreover, as a published author and editor, I also offer mindfulness-based creative writing workshops, creative writing coaching, and editing services. I have spent the past two decades working with writers at all levels, helping them hone their writing skills, edit their stories and book manuscripts, and get their work published.

In our modern, fast-paced world, we often struggle with existential questions, searching for what nourishes and sustains us, seeking clarity on our unique identity and life purpose. Yet we often feel lost.
As a Teacher of Contemplative Practices and Creative Expression, I lead soul seekers on journeys, helping them peel back the layers to shed their burdens.
Uncovering their true, creative selves at a deep—often spiritual—level grounds them in mind, body, and spirit.
As a result, they learn to soar.
